Masseteric Nerve- Masseteric nerve emerges at the upper border of the lateral pterygoid just in front of temporomandibular joint. passes laterally through the mandibular notch in company with the massetenc nerve and vessels, and enters the deep surface of the masseter. It also supplies the temporomandibular joint.
